Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. It may take up to 5-15 business days to receive your order. Please keep in mind there may be shipping delays due to supply chain restrictions outside of our control. Please refer to your Tracking Number for best estimation of delivery time for your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@perspectivesmartglasses.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please refrain from using PO Boxes for delivery address as the carrier may be unable to deliver your order.
